'Staff was very helpful and extremely friendly '

'The suite that i reserved the first night felt dirty and the Television did not work. There was no one on duty to repair the TV so I had to pack up all of my things and move to another room which was very inconvenient the second night. I had a different room due to not needing the full suite so I had a double bedroom that room was a lot cleaner although some things did not work some things did. Their appliances in both rooms had a lot of rust and scratches. Dishes seem dirty I would never have...

'There were roaches *everywhere*. I woke up and one was crawling ACROSS THE BED. I got moved to another room (staff was polite) and there were MORE ROACHES, including baby roaches. I had to check out early, and have had to leave my bags outside upon arriving back home and throw away slippers/hairbrushes/hair dryer/stuff that could hold roach eggs. And of course, bookings through Expedia “can’t be refunded by the hotel.”'

'The floors were a bit dirty and I saw a roach. The lady at the desk was friendly and addressed the issue. Didn't see another insect after that. This is my second time staying here I didn't have an issue the first time. I would continue to stay there when I am in Montgomery , AL. '

'I like the price. This hotel advertisement to get you in the door was free breakfast. The breakfast was a small apple, a small child size juice, some kind of breakfast bar, and oh yes a smaller child like water. So disappointing!!! I didn't like the room, it was worn and needed up dated I didn't want a handicap room and asking for another room I was told hotel was full, but not one night was the parking lot totally full. Pool was not full nor working. After putting the don't disturb sign on...
