We are very close to National Parks, Utah Shakespeare Festival, Brian Head Ski Resort, Zions National Park, Cedar Breaks, etc. Guests have loved how close we are 1.6 miles from Shakespeare Festival.

Close to shopping and near down town Cedar City, movie theater, dining, shopping, fitness center and swimming pool. Includes 2 free fitness passes upon request. This area is very quiet and peaceful in a wonderful community. We've never had any problems with guests or the neighborhood and we appreciate your cooperation in being respectful and conscience of the community.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to book again next year. The location was excellent, the neighborhood quiet, and the balcony made for a lovely place to relax in the evenings. The rental was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed, though a floor-length mirror would be a welcome addition.The only significant drawback was the quality of the bunk bed mattresses. We had two adults in that room, and both found them quite uncomfortable. In contrast, the beds in the other rooms were very comfortable.We especially appreciated having access to the garage for parking. Upon arrival, we experienced a minor issue, but the owner responded promptly and resolved it within 15 minutes. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we look forward to returning next year.

We stayed at this lovely townhome on our way back from CA. Very comfortable space to relax in. Owners go over and above to make your stay exceptional. Spent a 1/2 day hiking in the Three Peaks Recreation Area.

Great location, wish it was cleaner.

While the place is everything that is advertised, and is a great price for the location and size, it was not very clean when we arrived. The house smelled like dog, there was dog hair everywhere especially on and under the couches, and dog poop in the backyard. Everyone has been covered in long white dog hair - finding it even when not in the house on water bottles and coats. It was disappointing to have to clean a house we paid for on the first day.Overall it was what we needed for a last minute trip.

The property was clean; however, there were just a few hiccups with our stay. The towels were still in the dryer when we arrived and never dried for our stay, because the dryer didn't function properly. Thus, we were only a couple of towels for our family. The owner did offer to bring new towels, but we were only staying for one night. One bedspread had makeup on it. Otherwise, the place was accommodating. Thanks!

My daughters and I stayed at this lovely townhome in Cedar for a few nights while attending plays at the Shakespeare Festival. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Its location was perfect—close to the campus, shopping, and restaurants, making everything easily accessible. We had a wonderful time and recommend staying here for anyone visiting the area!

Property was accurately pictured on VRBO site. We thought that the ground level was the main area but it was the rec room level so there where stairs to the main part of the house. We had to play hide and seek to find the towels but eventually found them under bathroom sink. Not sure why not on the towel rods. Near downtown and Shakespeare Festival so very convenient.
