'Easy access to the village'

'The directions were very unclear especially with the construction, it was tricky. The facility was great, we all enjoyed the pool, hot tub and air hocky table. The unit was charming, well supplied and the instructions were clear. However, there was a layer of dust on top of everything. When turned on the oven to cook a pizza there was a lot of smoke because the oven is in serious need of cleaning. All in all, it was great stay !!'

'We stayed for the weekend to get out of the Vegas heat. The condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the deck with views of the slopes. Lots of shade from all the pine trees.Easy walk to across the street to get to the resort and the evening walks around the pond we’re nice as well. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals as well. Tv was nice to watch movies in the couch at night. The steps might be a challenge for some people if you have to carry a lot of item/coolers. '

'Property was perfect for my family, 2 separate bedrooms, my son loved sleeping on the couch. The property is right across from the resort. So we enjoyed all the Brianhead 4th of July activities including riding our rental bikes over to the property for lunch. The best was watching the fireworks from our corner unit, very recommended '

'It was nice and Kristen was very responsive to our questions. Once the code wouldn’t open the front door but we finally got it to work. We ran out of toilet paper and searched the entire house to no avail. I messaged Kristen and she told us it was in the garage. I would recommend putting a few extra rolls in the bathrooms. But these are very minor to a very nice spacious house that we enjoyed. It was close to the Shakespeare Festival, which was the reason we were there so that was nice.'

'We only had one day off, so we made a quick trip up to the mountains—and this log cabin condo was everything we hoped for and more. The moment we walked in, the cabin greeted us with the perfect temperature and some thoughtful snacks left by the owners. Such a warm welcome! The central fireplace created the coziest atmosphere and became the heart of our stay, offering both warmth and ambiance. 'My mom and I stayed here while visiting my 19 year old son. We could not have been happier. The place is beautiful, easy to get in / out of (no steps for my mom), located at the base of the foothills with access to the park, creek and local amenities. This will be a go to place for visits. '

'It was perfect as we were celebrating our 40th wedding Anniversary and skied Brianhead many times when we were dating. It’s a great location to call home base as we visited Bryce Canyon, Red Canyon, Cedar Breaks and Zion National Park. We didn’t ski this time, but really got our desire to come back and give it a try again. The condo is so close to Brianhead lifts. Enjoyed every minute! Easy access to Cedar City where we enjoyed an amazing celebratory dinner at Milt’s StageStop. The best...

'I wish i had the money to buy this lovely plaxe because its perfect. Owner had extra space heaters for the place. Everything in kitchen was provided to cook. Ease of walk to ski lift was a dream come true. '

'The house was great for our family to rest, make dinner and relax after mornings on the slopes. Scott was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The kitchen is super stocked up, which was helpful for big family dinners. '

'We had a wonderful stay at this cozy condo in Brian Head! Everything was exactly as described, and the instructions provided made check-in and check-out super smooth and stress-free. The space was clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. After long days of hiking and exploring the area, it was the perfect place to come back to and unwind. Warm, inviting, and comfortable—exactly what we were hoping for. Would absolutely stay here again!'

"First of all, when we entered the building we had a deja vu moment...(we stayed here in 2017) and nothing has changed, but that's ok iff it had the same qualities as back then. At least the room was clean, but in the bathroom we had no water in the sink, so we had to use the kitchenette for water. The refrigerators made a terrible noise, the air-conditioning made a noise like a plane taking off. We won't be staying here again."

"This hotel was awfull. It looks really good on pictures but the rooms are super dirty, we looked at 3 different rooms and all of them where just as dirty!! They promised us to clean the room today but no one had even been in the room all day, not even the beds were made!! We asked for a refund but they only wanted to give us a refund for 1 night, while we were in a dirty room for 2 nights.. we canceled our reservation completely and went to an other hotel that IS clean. The front desk people were very nice and understanding and wanted to make things work, but unfortunately the managers were not. We are happy we went to another hotel."
