'The only issue we had was the way we drove in from the 101 coming from north it was very difficult. Don’t come in that way. Other than that, the place is beautiful and the people are very helpful and sweet.'

Would have stayed longer if I’d had more vacation time. Will return.'

'Wonderful balcony room and delicious breakfast service, Breakfast deliverd to your room with amazing dark roast coffee. Comfortable room and we slept like babies. The pool is wonderful and on our stay it was very private. Great getaway, highly recommend this place right downtown in Calistoga but you feel like you are in a rural setting as you walk to the pool. Loved our stay.'

'A pleasant stay: nice location and facilities. There were no staff at the inn during our stay, which was a little odd. Motorcycle noise on the highway and a next door restaurant was a bit much.'

'The Bergson absolutely lived up to our expectations and so did Calistoga with great walks, wineries, people and atmosphere. The Bergsom and Calistoga is a perfect place for a small get-away.'

'The air conditioning unit in my room was very loud; it was impossible to sleep with this noise. I opened the door to get air and there was noise from cars and motorcycles on the street. I notified the staff and they said there was nothing they could do and that they had received similar complaints. I was refused a different room, even though they were not at capacity.'

'Loved staying here. Our kids loved swimming and spending time at the pool. It’s not overly crowded around the pool which is a positive. Location is convenient to Calistoga downtown area. The only con is I felt our room wasn’t super clean upon checking in. The floor seemed dusty. I also think some of the furniture and walls are showing some minor wear. This property doesn’t have double sinks, which can be a challenge with a family. Otherwise great hotel and I would stay here again.'
