We felt that the room was not that clean (cleaned Some spilled water off the Floor with a tissue, it came off black). Spotted a mosquito corpse on wall. Staff could have been friendlier. Bed was alright, pillows mediocre. Expect Highway noise all night.'

'The girl at the front desk was lovely. But the room was a disappointment. The floor was dirty. We all had black feet after walking around on the floor. We had to clean our feet before we got into bed and put on our shoes first thing in the morning. We asked for more towels but only received one. Breakfast was green bananas, packaged muffins, coffee and tea from a carafe. It as the worst tasting tea I’ve ever had. I won’t go back.'

'Verbouwing terras was gaande waar wij niet voor gewaarschuwd waren en geen excuses hiervoor/compensatie. Heel rumoerig aan zwembad hierdoor. Tennissen en tafeltennis hierdoor niet mogelijk of je moest in de herrie gaan staan. Ook Cafe en Terras hierdoor niet aanlokkelijk en zelfs gesloten. Veel geluidsoverlast s'nachts door de airco en treinen. Ontbijt oke. Voordeel was dat je naast de tram zat naar downtown en de universtiteit, waardoor je de auto kon laten staan. Dit maakte veel goed.'

'Still waiting on my refund they said they were going to do, some confusion with my room security gaurd knocking in our door at 2am they said it was supposed to be closed due to fentanyl exposure. We couldn't sleep after that incident.'
