'This is a great hotel and I really appreciate the bountiful breakfast and the cleanliness and the kindness of the front desk. I really like my room as well, I booked the king suite and having the extra sitting room was very comfortable, especially since I was traveling with my parents. I would caution anyone expecting to use the pullout sofa as a bed that you’ll do better sleeping one person on the couch rather than 2 people in the pullout - that pullout is a back breaker!!! 'Came in for the Cardi B concert. The staff were very nice and helpful from the beginning. The lobby and room was beautiful! The breakfast was hot and good! 'The staff Ms. Lanita and the evening lady were really nice but I did not like the fact that everytime you needed to use the elevator you had to wait in staff to let you up. I didn’t like the fact that I was charged for a night when I checked in the next day due to flight delays because of bad weather. It’s a very outdated hotel the good thing is it’s right on the harbor and a Ruth Chris and McCormick’s is in the hotel. Would I book again??? Probably not '

'First, I’d like to say the staff was great—no complaints there at all. Everyone was kind, helpful, and welcoming. However, the room itself was subpar. I understand this location is an older bank converted into a hotel, and while I can appreciate the nostalgia and character, it still felt very much like an old building in ways that impacted comfort.
