L'appartamento era completamente attrezzato, i posti letto erano molto comodi.L'alloggio è molto centrale e in auto si possono raggiungere tutte le spiagge e i luoghi da vedere. Pasquale è un host molto cordiale e cortese. Grazie a lui abbiamo trascorso un bel soggiorno a Lamezia e non ci è mancato nulla. Torneremo sicuramente! '

'Roomy third floor apartment located near shopping, grocery stores and the beach. The host was easily reached through VRBO or WhatsApp with timely responses. Comfortably safe area to walk around after dark. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. There is a washing machine but clothes need to be hung out on provided drying racks. If traveling to Soverato by bus, follow the directions given by the host as we did not and ended a up walking well out of our way. We would absolutely stay there again.'

Durch den angrenzenden Verkehr ist die Umgebung selbstredend nicht zum tagtäglichen Verweilen gedacht, dafür aber ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge aufgrund des naheliegenden Hauptbahnhofs und natürlich eine optimale Zwischenübernachtung für Flugreisende. 'L’appartamento in sé era pulito e abbastanza confortevole, quindi merita una valutazione neutra. Tuttavia, ci sono stati diversi aspetti negativi che hanno influenzato la nostra esperienza:- Zona: molto degradata, accanto a una stazione ferroviaria abbandonata. Le strade erano sporche e piene di immondizia, e il parcheggio sembrava un cantiere abbandonato, per nulla curato.- Check-out: non è stato effettuato alcun controllo.
