'This place was exactly what we wanted — a historic villa in the Tuscan countryside. The house was easy to find, and it is gorgeous — lovingly appointed and maintained. There are hints of its history, including a magical attic room with volumes of reference books. There are many cute towns and wineries in easy driving distance. Our hosts were amazing, responding immediately to any questions or needs. We all wished I had booked a longer stay. Highly recommend!'
