Cerretino is a beautifully renovated group vacation rental accommodating up to 14 guests across 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, spread over 2 levels and covering approximately 180 square metres. The property is a 10-room cottage furnished in a comfortable country house style with natural stone floors and tasteful, cosy décor throughout.

On the ground floor, the layout begins with an open living and dining room featuring a dining table and a flat screen satellite TV. A separate living room with a dining table is also present on this level. The ground floor includes 2 double bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning, as well as an additional room with 2 single beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also with air conditioning. An open kitchen area with a dining table and kitchen corner serves this floor, alongside 2 shower and WC bathrooms.

On the upper floor, the accommodation continues with 2 double bedrooms, each benefiting from its own private en-suite shower and WC as well as air conditioning. There is also 1 further double bedroom with air conditioning and 1 small double bedroom featuring sloping ceilings and air conditioning, though this room does not include a wardrobe. 2 additional shower and WC bathrooms complete the upper floor configuration.
