'Not good at service. The room not prepare to be clean. Hotel room is look like motel. Check out is fast but check in is very slow must wait 3 hours to get a room .'

'This is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay.'
