'My first trip to SA. It was a lovely place to stay with great amenities and a comfy bed.'

'The staff is amazing'

'Nice hotel at the right location of San Antonio. Just a few minutes from the river walk and a few steps from the Alamo. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is good if you want breakfast burritos. The bar (all say happy hour) was a bit boring. Staff was friendly. The valet was pretty expensive, but that's the same at all hotels.'

'Hotel is ok in general, location is great, restaurant is good, terras is super. Check-in went fast but totally wrong. Suddenly there were other guests in my room, double booked. Then my room card was not working anymore. Booked 3 rooms, all 3 rooms overcharged by 100usd. At the end they fixed all the issues but had to go to reception multiple times. Elevators are a hell, sometimes you have to wait up to 10 minutes to get an elevator. The staff is very nice and helpfull but some finetuning is...

'We love staying her here for our UTSA games! The best beds & breakfast is always really good! The best place to stay if you're going to an event at the Alamodome.'

'Was charged for parking and did not have a car, the original person at the desk was not friendly but after that first day, we were treated extremely well. We were able to work out all the issues.'

'Groundfloor looks nice, but rooms are old and lifts are very small. No diner available, this can be bought in adjacent restaurant with the same name. We where told it has no affiliation with the hotel. Rooms are big but outdated and bathroom was also out of date and uncomfortable.'

'This was one of my better experiences at a hotel! The staff was so friendly and the location was perfect! The room and entire property was extremely clean! I will for sure be staying here during all my future San Antonio trips!!'

'This stay was amazing. Right off the north of the riverwalk, El Camino food truck lot was just across the Riverwalk bridge. The staff were amazing. Best bed I have ever slept on in a hotel, and the hotel itself was gorgeous! The pool was relaxing. I will be going back 100000%.'

'We loved this hotel. It is very conveniently located on the Riverwalk with lots of dining options nearby. We had breakfast at the hotel one morning and at the sister hotel across the river one morning, but were great. The property is clean, beautiful and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we return to San Antonio.'

'Carlos was so nice, and took the time to make you feel at home in the hotel and the city!'

'Mooi hotel met goed ontbijt. Ligt op loopafstand van alles. Alleen valetparkeren was niet goed. Eerste dag en nacht was de auto niet afgesloten. Smorgens heeft de poort voor uren open gestaan. Iedereen kon dus het terrein op. Hebben maar zelf gesloten. Vind ik niet ok voor 90 dollar voor 3 nachten. Werden ookniet gecompeseerd '

'Bartender Dee was awsome. She made us feel very welcome and gave us advice on how to get around town to all the sights.'

'Excellent suite and location'
