Welcome to Hoops on Horizon, a two storey beach shack located only a short stroll from the waters edge.


3 bedroom home which can accommodate between 6-8 guests, free wifi, and your pets are welcome.
Open plan kitchen, lounge, and dining can be found upstairs offering ocean glimpses. Kitchen complete with modern appliances to include dishwasher, large fridge freezer, electric stove/oven, microwave, and coffee machine.
Open plan lounge and dining with direct access to front balcony which spans the length of the home - great place to soak in the views and to cook the bbq. Lounge complete with smart TV, combustion heater, ceiling fans and reverse cycle heating and cooling. You will also find the Master bedroom upstairs with its own private decked balcony overlooking the rear yard, ceiling fan, and air conditioning.
Bedrooms two and bathroom are also located upstairs complete with double-sized beds & ceiling fan. Bedroom three and the second bathroom and second living area can be found downstairs complete with a queen-sized bed and double sofa bed.

In the surroundings enjoy the tranquility, that is when the soft flutter of native birdlife is scarce, and the gentle sound of crashing waves in the distance settles. You will most likely see a mob of kangaroos, horses, numerous native birds, foxes, hares and keep a keen eye out for the family of dolphins that cruise up and down the bay in the morning and late afternoon.

Location: Minutes from the beach.
Bed configuration: Sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms - 2 x queen, 1 x double, 1 x double sofa located in the downstairs living room.
Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms - One located on each level. Laundry with top loader washing machine and dryer.
Facilities: Open plan kitchen, lounge, and dining upstairs - smart TV, coffee machine, dishwasher, wifi, BBQ.
Features/entertainment: Smart flat screen TV, wifi.
Heating/cooling: Ground-based Reverse cycle air conditioner to the living area upstairs, Combustion heater to living area upstairs. Reverse cycle air conditioner to master bedroom. Ceiling fans throughout the property.
Pets: Pets welcome.
Fenced: Fully fenced rear yard.
Cleaning: Cleaner will be hired on your behalf, and will be incorporated into the rental fee.
Bedding: All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, and all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, or guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)
