Summer Vacation

The perfect place to relax and recharge! Beautiful, clean condo with amazing views of both the pavilion and the ocean. Walking distance to restaurants and more. Feel safe enjoying the ocean with life guards stationed at your beach access as well as rescue. Perfect views of fireworks on the beach. Short drive to Fort Fisher and the aquarium. Can’t wait to come back!

Enjoyed our stay!

This place was very nice and in a good location. We spent much time on the balcony and deck. The view of the ocean was spectacular and there were many restaurants within walking distance. I had not thought about taking binoculars and was happy to find a pair for use (I used them to watch the pelicans fishing beyond the breakers). It was a very relaxing place with plenty of room for all.

Just amazing!

We have stayed at many places along this coastline and this place is by far the best. The location, the updated and tasteful decor, the two outdoor areas to relax, the views, right on the beach… We felt at home right away and enjoyed every second of our stay.

Wonderful stay

We spent an incredible off season week at the Top Deck. This was the nicest oceanfront condo we’ve ever stayed in. The views are absolutely incredible! The condo was spotless, checkin was easy, host communication was a breeze, the location was stellar, furniture was comfortable. Everything felt high quality and solid. Sunrises on the porch were so memorable. We loved the roof deck and walking everywhere. Cannot wait to come back!!

Amazing getaway

The Top Deck was an amazing getaway offering up some beautiful views and plenty of relaxation. The unit was so clean and well stocked which was appreciated. We spent most of our time just taking in the views from the balcony and relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful getaway.

Fantastic experience!

This condo is absolutely fabulous and will be the condo I will book for every Carolina Beach stay! The condo is nicely appointed with everything you need in the kitchen, amazing views of the ocean with a living area deck and a rooftop deck, very comfortably decorated, and clean. The communication from the property management was also timely and very friendly. Just a great vacation spot!

Beautiful well appointed beachfront location

The condo was perfect and well cleaned. The location was ideal for walking to restaurants and the boardwalk. My family does a lot of cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast lunch and dinner. As well as many containers for storing leftovers. The ice machine is also a star. we were able to fill coolers daily and still have ice for our drinks. The beds were very comfortable as well as the seating throughout the home. But, my favorite touch was the amazing patio furniture that was very comfortable and great for enjoying the ocean view. The host was very attentive but not unnecessarily communicating with you throughout your stay. We will be coming back!!!

Successful 1st Family Trip

This place has it all, close to the boardwalk & right on the beach. Place is exactly as pictured & the kitchen was well stocked for us to cook our meals. The inside space offered our 2 adult sons & their wives their own space & enough room for all of our infant grandsons stuff to be strategically placed in case of a meltdown. The balcony & rooftop are my favorite spots, you can hear & see the ocean AND the balcony did fit all of us to hang out at night, we brought 2 camp folding chairs that fit perfect. We will definitely rent here again.

Friend vacation was amazing!

We went and stayed at Carolina Beach with 6 girls to celebrate our 40th birthday. We had an amazing time and the condo was really perfect for all of us. Both the top patio and lower patio were amazing to sit and listen to the ocean. The place was clean and had everything we needed to make our vacation really enjoyable.

Fantastic Beach Retreat with Stunning Ocean Views

We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation in "Top Deck" at Carolina Beach, N.C. The expansive ocean views and sunrises from both our 4th-floor balcony and the rooftop deck were breathtaking. The attention to detail by the owners was impressive, with monogrammed towels, lovely decor throughout the unit, binoculars, puzzles & board games, and beach chairs & sand toys provided for guests' enjoyment. All three bedrooms boasted comfortable beds and pillows, ensuring a restful sleep. The fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances made cooking meals a breeze, and everything was spotless and new. The direct oceanfront location was perfect, within walking distance of the boardwalk, and numerous shops & restaurants. We took advantage of nearby attractions including mini golf, hiking at two national parks, a golf driving range at a nearby resort, and mani/pedis at a nearby nail salon. We highly recommend this property, along with the exceptional iTrip property management company, for anyone seeking a refined, top-notch beach vacation.

Great Experience

Top Deck was exactly as advertised. The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family of 4. The views of the ocean are unmatched, the beds are comfortable, and the amenities are great. The location was in easy walking distance to the boardwalk, coffee shops, and many restaurants. We look forward to returning one day!
