We had a great time! We had a lot of rain in the beginning of the week, but there was plenty to keep everyone busy, the aquarium was a hit. The house was clean and fully stocked. Linda and Dean were great hosts, very welcoming.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beach front condo. Beautiful views and beautiful place! It had all the amenities needed for a comfortable and convenient vacation. No need to pack linens or bath towels. Kitchen is well equipped and there is even a water filtration system for showers and cooking. 5 stars all around!

Relaxing Beach Week!

What a beautiful house! These property was perfect for our group of 5 adults and one toddler. As an added bonus, it was very easy to “baby proof” for the week. The views of the ocean were fantastic and we really enjoyed the large outdoor deck. We had a few issues during our stay but Linda and Dean were very responsive at helping to resolve them. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a restful stay. The kitchen was so well supplied we had no issue enjoying a Lowcountry boil one night. Leave your beach supplies at home. They had ample chairs, beach toys and shade available for us to use. Thank you Linda and Dean for a great week.

Great Family Beach Vacay!

Lovely house, very new so still in pristine condition. Excellent communication with owners. Small touches that made a big difference such as starter paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, etc. Highly recommend & would definitely stay again!

Location, Location, Location!!!

Overall, the property lived up to all it promised. The accommodations were more than comfortable, clean and had most any household item your group would need. We had some interactions with the owners as they were staying at the property in the unit above. They were kind, enjoyable and very hospitable. Linda and Dean, thank you for a great week at the beach!

Perfect in every way!

This house is brand new and beautiful. Even better than the pictures. We most appreciated the attention to detail: plenty of new beach chairs, a well stocked kitchen, sharp knives, starters of everything (tp, paper towels, ziplocs), sand toys even though our kids are teens, filtered water for drinking, bath towels including hand towels in the kitchen and baths, soap, books and movies for kids and adults and games. Truly we were good to go from walking in the door! Walked right out the door to the beach. Ate every meal on the beautiful outdoor table. House was immaculate. We’ve vacationed in Carolina Beach five times and this was our favorite place we have ever stayed. My family already agreed we would like to come back to this exact place for our next beach trip. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Ocean Oasis Awesome

Our visit was awesome; the view and floor plan and cleanliness were impressive. Access to the beach and shower downstairs were great. It would have been helpful to have instructions for operating the TV remote and also some details on how many beach chairs were in the storage room. We brought beach chairs, but it turns out we did not need to, as there were plenty in the storage room.

Wonderful Location

This Condo was beautiful! It had the best views and it is steps from the beach. The Owners stock it with everything you need for a great vacation. This place was one of our most favorite places we have rented!

Beautiful home in Carolina Beach

This is my new favorite place in Carolina Beach. So beautiful and comfortable and clean. Plus right on the beach with a gorgeous view. Can’t wait to come back. The owners were super responsive, friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for everything!

Most bizarre VRBO experience ever....

The property is new and nice. Yes there is construction going on next door and they were playing loud music during the day, but it's just how things go. We must not have read the listing well to see that this an upper and lower situation. For some reason duplex feels like side by side. Turns out the owners were staying upstairs. She greeted us in the driveway twice. And emailed at least once per day, sometimes more. She asked if we were leaving early to let her know. The lock was set to my phone number so we left right on time and didn't lock the door since the cleaning people were so anxious to get in early and then were accused of not leaving on time. I would say feeling watched by the owners of the rental and having WAY to much communication was really not like anything we've ever experienced on VRBO. As for the listing, it was complicated to fit 2 cars in the driveway. No way you could fit 3. We had a honda pilot and the owner said our car was too big. The slider that looks to the beach is dirty between the panes, so you have to have the door open to see the beach. It was beautiful weather when we went but if it was hot this would not have been ideal.

Perfect vacation

We loved the location it was perfect the home is beautiful. Linda was quick to respond to any questions I had. Linda emailed me with all the information I needed a few days before our trip. I will rent this home again next year if it is available.

Very Clean and Perfect Location!

Visited with my family and couldn't ask for a better place to stay! Literally steps from the beach and the house was spotless. Had everything we needed and met with Linda and always kept us in the loop of things which we appreciated. Great communication. Hope to visit again very soon!

Beautiful Home

First let say home was beautiful! We arrived on Monday evening. Cars were already there and thats when we discovered it was 3 condos?? And not a stand alone home. Pictures online showing 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made us think it was a house. We could not get onto our parking spot due to other renters 2 cars were pulled over to center of carport area. We had to park what we now know are the turn around spaces. They finally did move the next evening so we could park in unit 1 space. Once in layout was great. Very clean and new condition. Shortly after getting settled in the noise from upstairs was terrible!!!! It sounded like they were going to come through the ceilings. It was obviously kids running back and forth The dishes in the cabinets in our unit were rattling and chandelier was rattling. Tues morning we were awakened by men hollering and hammers and nail guns at 7 am unfortunately they had new construction being built next door and i know this is something owners cant help but it made for a terrible vacation as this went on every day until 7 pm. It was very very loud! But,I will have to say owners should look into floor/ceilings because guests who were staying upstairs were the hardest to deal with as far not being able to rest or sleep in past 7 am. It sounded as if they were stomping across the floors at all hours of the day and nights. We felt was too expensive what we paid not to able to fully enjoy the vacation. Spectacular Condo with Beach as your Backyard!!!

This vacation was absolutely wonderful in large part due to the awesome condo we stayed at...the location was excellent, plenty of parking, friendly hosts, super comfortable, the cleanliness superb, very well appointed and magnificent views!!! Can't really ask for more!!! Literally 100 steps to the beach and 150 to the ocean surf!!! It doesn't get much better than this!!! We'll be back and we highly recommend to anyone looking for the best!!! Thanks Again!!!!

Family Vacation
