We are located with just a block from the downtown Carlsbad Village, and with only steps to the sandy beach/beach access. Walk to local village boutiques, cafes, restaurants and the train station.

Your vacation home surrounds you with premium-quality finishes and furnishings at it’s finest, it boasts the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel/resort, yet, you can live like a local by taking advantage of the fully equipped kitchen for cooking. This upper floor unit is in a twenty-one unit, garden low rise apartment building. The complex has a total of three, two story buildings surrounded by beautifully landscaped courtyard and grounds as well as an inviting swimming pool and BBQ area that boasts two natural gas, stainless steel BBQ grills, all of which are conveniently located at the center of the complex.

For your convenience and enjoyment, we also provide a beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and body boards.

Everything was great -- clear instructions, great location, and a very clean apartment. The only slight snafu was that the check-out time was listed as 11am but our code stopped working at around 10am. Fortunately, the cleaners were next door and were able to let us back in after breakfast to retrieve our things! Otherwise I don't know what we would have done since there was no answer at the owner phone number.This is our second time staying here. The location can't be beat and the apartment is comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. We will certainly stay here again!!

Very nice location.Really close to beach and downtown.The bath tub drained slowly.There were keys and a gate control on the bar but no instructions or explanation. Windows opened for a cool breeze. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Swimming pool looked clean.Thanks for a nice stay :)

If you're going to Carlsbad for the beach, this place is the best place to stay! Nice big comfortable bed, great layout, good kitchen (we even baked cookies). In mid-August the place gets hot so we used the plug in air-conditioner which helped a bit.

We reviewed many options before we landed on this property. Glad we did. It was super clean with a king bed - which was very comfortable. Very quite. Only 1 block from the beach and restaurants and shopping. The PM was very responsive. We will stay here again when we go back to that area.

Stay was great. Just 1 block to the beach and a couple of blocks from village. Property has great setup. Only thing that would make it better is more hooks in bathroom for wet swimsuits, washcloths, towels. Only one hook for everything. Otherwise great.

Perfect place to stay for two individuals. Unit G was clean and comfortable for our one week vacation. The outside noise was slightly loud but everything calmed down by 11 pm. I would stay here again.

The Beach at your Front Door

This was a great place for us. This is the second time we have stayed here. Convenient to the beach, restaurants and great walks. Clean, comfortable and met/exceeded our expectations. Great to have laundry facilities accessible on property. Well maintained with all appliances functioning and very comfortable bed. Sofa not very comfortable, but not awful. We would visit this property again.
