This comfortable first-floor apartment offers approximately 600 sq ft of space for up to two guests.

The bright, open-plan living area overlooks the marina and includes a generous corner sofa, television and doors opening onto a private balcony. It’s a lovely place to unwind while watching the boats on the water.

The apartment is on the first floor and can be reached by elevator. There is no garden.

The apartment is in a residential building, so guests should be considerate of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during the evening.

Street parking is free but unreserved and subject to availability.

Pets are not permitted at the property, except assistance animals where required by applicable rules.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
