The fridge was freezing the food The second we couldn’t close the freezer The are giving only one roll of toilette paper for a family of 4 The main door of the building is not locked so every one can get inside check out time is 1100 so why the cleaning man arrives at 1030 The location is great '

'Needed somewhere close to the stadium for a concert,location spot on,plus a short walk away from city centre,few takeaways round the corner and a couple of convenience shops.We traveled down with National Express, coach stop is 10 minutes walk ,perfect if that your mode of travel.Rooms really nice ,high spec bathroom, everywhere spotless, tea/coffee and milk provided. We would have loved to have a toaster for a quick breakfast before setting out for the day,just a thought? Would recommend for a...

'La collocazione è perfetta, con una passeggiata in un verso si arriva in centro, nel verso opposto al Newport Transporter Bridge. La struttura è nuova, pulita, sicura. Mi è stato gentilmente concesso il check in anticipato, cosa che non tutti fanno! L'unico aspetto che rivedrei sono le pulizie: bisognerebbe che le stanze venissero rifatte, se non proprio quotidianamente almeno ogni 2 GG...per brevi soggiorni ok, per quelli un po' più lunghi inizia ad essere un disagio! Per il resto perfetto!'

'Convenient location, recently refurbished. Comfortable and spacious with everything you need. Area around the unit is a little unkempt, and unable to open windows for fresh air. However good air-conditioning and lovely bath. Would stay again, thankyou. '

'I booked this place knowing little other than it was close enough to Cardiff for us to stay after the Bruce Springsteen concert. It was very well appointed, with a well equipped kitchen / dining room, spacious wet room, large bedroom and lounge with a sofa bed. And a hot tub in the communal garden area! One point that is not related to the accommodation that I wish I’d known - some of the roads are very narrow and as it’s a very hilly area there are a few hairpin bends which I found difficult...

'We stayed because we were going to the stadium, which was literally over the road, so perfect. So clean and lovely, even little bottles of prosecco on arrival, lovely touch. My only moan is i contacted them to ask if there would be a hairdryer, was told there would be but there wasn't, annoying as i didn't take my own for that reason. '
