'Het hotel is ok maar van een 5 sterren hotel verwacht ik heel wat meer. Ontbijt was beneden de verwachtingen en ze hebben denk ik een personeelstekort waardoor de service ook niet was wat het moet zijn. '

'Vriendelijke ontvangst en snelle incheck. Een mooie ruime kamer en badkamer en een douche met een stevige waterstraal. Twee zaken vielen op; een rechthoekig toilet met een ronde toilet bril zit niet comfortabel en een spiegel aan de wand en een kast 15 cm van die wand, maakt de spiegel nutteloos. Voor de rest was het een zeer prettig verblijf.'

'Lovely room, lovely hotel. Walking distance from the Medieval city. We really enjoyed the “American breakfast”with eggs, bacon, fruit and yogurt, plus all of the French sweet breads. Wish we had more time to stay at this lovely hotel!'

'Positive: literally 5’ walk to entrance of Carcassonne! Car parking was very good and save. Breakfast was in the main hotel across the street with a stunning view of the city as background. 'Un hébergement très pratique et fonctionnel, très agréable avec une entrée indépendante ce qui permet de ne pas déranger les hôtes. L accueil est chaleureux et les bons plans sont au rendez vous. La piscine est un plus tout comme les petit déjeuners copieux et fait maison! Idéalement placé à quelques minutes seulement de la cité de Carcassonne! Allez y les yeux fermés!'
