« Have better quality cooking pots and pans, provide beach accessories as part of the price like most rentals, the house was not clean especially kitchen counters and floors, had to wear shoes/slippers the entire stay, didn't go on vacation to clean...no lights in pool and timing for pool should be earlier than 11am, master bedroom very cold did not adjust to the requested temperature the entire week. Wouldn't stay there again. »

« The property is beautiful. Great location. Close to everything. We walked to the beach. Watched the manatees and iguanas in the back yard. I don't remember seeing in the addbut their were bikes and beach buggies loaded and ready for borrow. There were a few issues with our stay but Break Away was great and very responsive to our issues. »

« We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed this spacious home. The pool and backyard area were great and where we spent a lot of our time. Home was very clean. The kitchen is huge and really allows multiple people to be there and not crowd each other. It was about a 20-25 minute drive from Ft Myers. Grocery store right down the street. Great place for a large group. »

« I travel down South for business every so often and I'm always looking for a nice spot to stay. This place was great and extremely clean. Heather was great with responding to any questions I had. A lot of fun restaurants and local bars within less than a mile. I will be back. »

The place had everything needed, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart, laundry stuff, kitchen stuff, etc. All the little details were great, such as the labels on the light switches so we knew which lights turned on and even a plug in flash light (which came in handy when my husband got a splinter). Parking spot is right in front of the house which made it easy to unload our stuff. Easy drive to local grocery stores. Welcome book had great local...
