'You will simply not find another B&B like this. Federica is like visiting your sister or a kindly friend. She will make you breakfast every morning whatever you like and you can eat it on your cute little balcony. This hotel is very close to the lake and all restaurants within a few minutes walk. 'we only stayed one night as a stop off before heading to a wedding in sienna the next day. What a night though! Too bad we didn’t stay longer. The owner is lovely and we happen to be there for a barbecue one night with lots of locals coming together just having a great time! Delicious organic locally sourced food from the farm. 'The rooms are rustic. Non coated floors give a dusty feeling, our feet and socks were very dirty walking on it. Batroom was great but had unfinished masonned pilar, making it feel unclean. The restaurant on premises did not serve any budget triendly food (it was on the menu but all those options were out) Raw unfinished looking windowsills with no net curtains but with a beautiful view'

'Finding the hotel was an experience. The place is amazingly worth the trek! We enjoyed exploring the medieval ruins and city and even saw a bat. The owner made us feel welcomed and even cooked us a private dinner! 5 stars '
