The lower level of the apartment features a spacious open-plan living
area designed for comfort and convenience. The fully equipped kitchen
includes modern appliances, a dishwasher, washing machine, and air
fryer, making longer stays effortless and enjoyable. Adjacent to the
kitchen is a beautiful wooden dining table with seating for four,
creating the perfect space for shared meals. The lounge area is warm
and inviting, boasting an indoor fireplace, a comfortable L-shaped
couch, and a wall-mounted flat-screen television. A guest toilet is
conveniently located on this level.

Glass doors open from the lounge onto a private outdoor patio where
guests can relax and unwind. The patio features braai facilities and

Upstairs, guests will find two comfortable bedrooms and a shared
bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while
the second bedroom offers a double bed, making the apartment well

shared bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet, and basin with
vanity. All linen and towels are provided for guests' convenience.
Visitor parking is available within the complex on a first-come,
first-served basis. Alternatively, on-street parking is available for
guests.

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.

For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.

A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.

Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.

A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 42 Rochester Rd, West Beach, Cape Town, 7449

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
