When arrived at the checking it takes about 1 hour to the concierge because 2 persons were working. I got the wrong room and couldn’t get back to speak to them because of so many angry customers. The room was smelling bad with old rug. Other wise the room was clean. I wouldn’t go back to this location.

Bar tenders were Very tentative, and nice.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and you get what you pay for. It's convenient to the beach and the Lascala Restaurant on site was a plus. However, when we got to our room there were no bath towels and there were issues with the toilet. There is no phone in the room to call the front desk, so we had to go back to the front desk to get towels and to report the issue with the toilet. The room itself was clean, but the hallways were not. Sand that someone dropped outside one of the elevators was not cleaned up for two days. Dirty sheets and towels sat in a bin in the hallway for two days. Parking is also a challenge with the restaurant on site. When we requested late check-out, the front desk was unable to accommodate our request because they said they were short staffed in housekeeping. The hotel was closed until fourth of July weekend for supposed upgrades which were not visible. The hotel needs significant upgrades to modernize.
