The Space:

A 2021-built waterfront home of about 2,672 square feet, laid out for a family or two couples travelling together. Twelve-foot pocket sliders open the great room onto a covered paver lanai, so the living space and the pool deck become one.



Outside: a saltwater pool and spa, a covered seating area with an outdoor TV, and a fenced yard. Beyond it, a private Trex dock with a 7,000 lb boat lift on a wide, deep Gulf-access canal - one bridge to open water.



Inside: an open kitchen with island seating, dining for six, four bedrooms each with a queen bed, three full bathrooms, a half bath, and a laundry room.



Guest Access:

Guests have the entire house, the pool and spa, the lanai, the fenced yard and the dock. Parking is on the property - garage and driveway.



The Neighborhood:

Southwest Cape Coral, on a Gulf-access canal in a quiet residential street of single-family homes. Cape Harbour Marina, with its shops and restaurants, is a few minutes away.



Getting Around:

A car is the practical way to get around Cape Coral. Free parking is available on the property, in the garage and on the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM. Maximum 8 guests.



The pool, spa and canal are unfenced from the lanai and there is no lifeguard - children should be supervised at all times around the water and on the dock. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are installed.
