With over 2,200 square feet, this 4 bedroom, 2-bathroom villa with whole home solar electricity is perfect for many hours of restful, fun & memorable moments with your family. The perfect oasis to hang out, get away and relax, the floor plan screams vacation comforts with natural lighting throughout due to the many windows and large sliding glass doors.
The scene as you enter through the double glass front doors will leave you wanting a longer vacation. In the front sitting room you will find a cozy sectional facing the large sliding glass doors so you can enjoy gorgeous views of the pool while watching your favorite movie or TV show on the Smart TV. Another living room in the home gives guests more options for where they would like to sit, relax, and watch their favorite shows. In the kitchen, you and your guests will be able to cook your favorite meal in luxury. All you need is available to you including a toaster, coffee maker, and all the kitchen essentials.
In the master bedroom, you will find a comfortable King size bed to relax on. This stunning room also features its own flat screen TV, direct access to the lanai, and a stunning ensuite bathroom. This bathroom screams luxury featuring double sinks, a large soaking tub, and lots of natural lighting. In the other three bedrooms you and your guests will find a range of King-, Queen- and Twin-size beds. All rooms feature coastal décor giving every guest their own private oasis.
For guests looking for some extra fun, Villa Sunshine & Serenity features an indoor game room with a foosball table and bar. In here, guests can have a fun time challenging each other to games and hanging out.
Once outside, guests will find the true highlight of the home in the lanai. This screened in lanai features a large, heated saltwater pool. This pool is perfect for floating around or playing pool games. Under the shaded portion of the lanai guests will find plenty of outdoor furniture for them to relax on including a dining table, loungers, and chairs. While relaxing guests can enjoy the outdoor TV or the firepit table. Down by the canal guests can relax on the dock and take in the views. For our more adventurous guests, we encourage you to explore the canals with the provided kayaks. This is a great opportunity to search for Southwest Florida wildlife!
