Decorated in a casual Florida style the spacious dining table accommodates 8 for dinner or lively family game nights.

The living room with a large smart TV, a recliner sofa and loveseat, provides the perfect setting for unwinding after a day exploring the nearby SW Florida beaches. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a Keurig and drip coffee maker, toaster, griddle, crockpot, and blender makes it easy to prepare a full meal. The wine bar area, featuring a beverage refrigerator, sets the stage for delightful drinks or a charcuterie spread.

Our oasis boasts a thoughtfully designed split floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a dedicated home office, catering to both work and play. The primary suite with king size bed, en suite with walk-in shower, large tub and walk-in closet ensures privacy. The other two bedrooms with a king and two twins share a full bath with direct pool access.

Complete with a pool (with heating option), sun-drenched lounge chairs, fully covered seating areas, 6 seat dining table, gas fire pit, fenced yard, and a dock for fishing or just enjoying the turtles and birds. A convenient half bath is accessible by the pool area only. Hours of family entertainment including foosball, a dartboard, bikes, kayaks, fishing poles and a selection of cards and games.

Practical amenities enhance your stay, with a fully fenced yard, wine bar, outdoor refrigerator, and a spacious laundry room. A high chair and pack play and fold out bed are also available.

The office features a dedicated workspace desk and a chair that folds out to a twin size bed with an available memory foam topper.
