The property manager, Valerie, is awesome - she is extremely responsive and goes above and beyond for excellent customer service. A ton of pros: excellent home and location, clean, back deck and dock area enjoyable - great sunset views, pool towels provided, beach/deck chairs provided; well-laid out floor plan (all rooms on one floor) but spaced out; large open kitchen connecting to great sitting room with TV and plenty of comfortable couches for morning coffee and late night chats. I did use the kayak - has a great lift but need a second person to get you out of the water. Cons: kitchen knives are dull and we didn't get to use the pool b/c it was chilly.Fabulous overall and I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here with family. Had a great time! Pulled the boat right up to the dock. Caught several fish off the dock including snapper, sheepshead, and trout. Kids played in the pool everyday. Pool deck is huge and plenty of seating. Property Manager was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great family stay

The house is nicely laid out and spacious, and we found the beds comfortable and clean. The master bathroom is particularly nice. The kitchen well-stocked with implements. There were ample towels and linens, and when we asked about cushions for the loungers, Valerie had some sent to the house right away. We had toddlers with us and the door locks and pool gate made it a safe, contained area for them to run around and play (while supervised, of course, but less nerve-wracking when you aren't afraid of them falling in the pool every second). The kayaks were fun and easy to use with the lift, and the kids had a good time fishing off the dock. We really enjoyed the common spaces for hanging out with our large group, and appreciated how responsive and friendly Valerie was. We would highly recommend.

House has a gorgeous view and a top notch pool area. Location was nice. House could use a few more kitchen items, but rooms were comfortable and there is plenty of space. We had 12 people and fit comfortably. A very nice family house!

Loved Laguna Breeze

We shared this fantastic home and property with our kids and grandkids for two wonderful weeks. The pool and docks were amazing. Enjoyed the kayaking and fishing right from the docks. The Tiki Hut was a great place for morning coffee and watching the sunset. Loved the large outdoor seating and arrangements. The pool fence worked very well as a safety feature for our toddlers. Valarie was very quick to respond to any concerns and issues. The only negative was that the pool was deeper than expected (over 6' at the deep end)and not a lot of shallow water area for the elementarry age grandkids.

We loved spending our Christmas New Years holiday here. The home is well stocked with everything you may need to experience a relaxing and perfect vacation. A beautiful, quiet property

We had a great time at this property. The outdoor area was remarkable with plenty of room for the 9 people that were in our party. Kids could swim, the boys fished from the back dock, the ladies lounged in the furniture and got some sun. The only negatives were that there wasn’t enough silverware (spoons and forks) for 9 of us. And that the kayak lift didn’t work, so we couldn’t use those.

Beautiful property, great location, almost perfect!

Home is very nice, but it’s the outside space that really impressed us. We had 3 families (10 people total, 3 couples and 4 teens/tweens) and we had plenty of room inside. Beds were comfy and everything was super clean. The pool area and surrounding dock is gorgeous and well maintained. Pool was easily large enough for 10, which was great because we were in it ALL. DAY. LONG. There was a large table on the deck that was perfect for our large group to eat, play games, etc. My only complaint is that while the outdoor space was beautiful, there were virtually no comfortable places to sit! There were plenty of lounge chairs, patio chairs, etc. but everything was hard plastic with no padding. There was a sofa set outside that we would have definitely used, but the cushions were so old and thin that you might as well have been sitting on the wood frame. Our kids piled 3 cushions up just to sit comfortably. Hopefully some pads will be added because then this property would really be 10/10.

Celebrating!

We travelled to Florida to celebrate two of our kids graduating from college and my retirement! The outside amenities of Laguna Breeze are wonderful, I'm sure more $$$ was invested in deck furniture than the actual house. Kids loved the pool and the fact that it was actually big and deep enough to swim. We struggled with the hot tub and getting it to heat consistently however we did use it. The king size beds were welcoming and pillow choices great. The bunk bed is a little on the flimsy order and our two adult sons who tried to use the room had struggles with it. Finally, the older one kicked the younger one to the couch. We cooked in almost every night of 9 day trip and enjoyed the layout of the kitchen, however dish towels and dish clothes would have been helpful. We were able to make do with the provided cookware and dishes. The house is located in a great community and you have easy access to a number of beautiful beaches. The house showed some definite signs of wear and tear, but you rent this home for the deck and pool area! We would rent again. BTW: The rental agent was great and responded to all of my texts within a few minutes. We had a leaking bathroom one day and it was fixed the next! Great service. Thanks

Amazing, relaxing, and clean!

We had an amazing week here. We had two families of 4 (8 total) and really enjoyed our stay. The pool is amazing and we used that daily. My daughter and husband fished from the dock. We used the hot tub nightly. This house was so big that we could spread out when we needed too, but also come together for family meals. Everything was clean and pictures are true to the experience we had. They pool deck is huge. We rent this property again!
