I would've given 5 stars for everything...but there were a couple of glitches that could've been avoided. Upon making my reservation I had sent a message requesting an early check in. I NEVER received a response to that message. A couple of days before our arrival I was able to make contact with Eva. I, again, requested an early check in. She approved this. Upon arrival our door code didn't work. I had to call all 3 property managers & Eva. Eva actually answered the phone. Initially she responded with "check in isn't until 4:00." When I explained that she had approved our early check in, her memory was jogged. She apologized profusely. Which I appreciated. She unlocked the door remotely. We were good to go from there. Cleanliness would've been a 5 star except that one of the coffee pots was growing mold. I'm sure this was just a simple oversight that rarely happens. The carafe for the Keurig unit was obviously one that had been replaced with the wrong carafe. So we pulled out the Mr Coffee drip unit. This unit had not been cleaned for some time. There were grounds & a filter still in the top & mold growing on it. We took pictures of both units & sent it to the property management. They apologized & thanked us for bringing it to their attention. We couldn't figure out the spa (jacuzzi), so a property manager had to come out to show us. The young lady that came out (think her name was Kat) was VERY PLEASANT. Just little things. We WOULD DEFINITELY stay again.
