Beach supplies are provided, making it easy to pack up and enjoy a day at the beautiful beaches of Southwest Florida. After a day of boating or beach adventures, return home to your heated pool and spa, fire up the outdoor kitchen, and enjoy dinner outside as the day comes to an end. * * Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book the home. Garage is not for guest use and is not accessible to guest. The boat lift shown at the property are privately owned and not available for guest use. Guests are welcome to tie off their own boat at the dock, but the boat lift may not be used under any circumstances. Garage is not for guest use. A rental agreement will be emailed to you after booking and must be signed prior to your arrival.

Security Cameras: This home is equipped with exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests, neighbors, and property. Cameras are located at front and sides of home and boat dock. Cameras monitor exterior areas only. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor areas where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy.

For your convenience your home will be stocked with a one-time, complimentary starter kit of the following items: toilet paper (3 rolls per bathroom); paper towels (1 roll); soap (1 bar or liquid soap each at the shower and bathroom sink); dish soap, for washing dishes by hand (1 small bottle); dish soap, for dishwasher (enough for 6 loads); laundry detergent (small bottle) (enough for 6 loads; 1 small package dryer sheets); trash bags (1 in each trash can; extras under the kitchen sink); coffee pods (1 per guest for first day).
