This beautiful townhouse has just been renovated and redecorated to provide a relaxing beach escape for you and your family. Only one block from the beach, and only 45 min-1 hour to Disney World, Seaworld, and Universal Studios, the townhouse provides you with everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable stay in a home away from home. With a total of 4 beds, this property sleeps 8 comfortably. Here is what the townhouse includes:

This was the third time I have stayed at this townhouse and once again, it did not disappoint. It is always very clean and has everything you need. It is located close to the beach (5 min walk with access at Cherie Down Park) and the neighborhood is great for dog walking. It's an easy drive to Orlando if you are interested in visiting the parks. You can walk out to the beach to see a rocket launch. Alex is always quick with a response to any questions you may have. It's our go to place in Cape Canaveral.

Everything was amazing! Close to the beach, close to town, quiet neighborhood, clean & comfortably. Our only complaint would be the not being able to have any guests over. This is the second time we have stayed at this townhouse and we will definitely stay again. Both times we have stayed, we have been impressed with how clean and well stocked this rental is. We also love the convenient location. It is a short walk to the beach and a great neighborhood for dog walking. The owner is very helpful and quick to answer any questions. This is our favorite place to stay on the Space Coast.

Great spot

We had a great week here. The house was perfect for us - 2 mature couples and would also be good for a family. Literally 4 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to kennedy space center and many surrounding beaches and restaurants. Great find.

The first thing that we noticed when we unlocked the door to this condo was a refreshing, clean smell. The place was so clean and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. It is just a short walk to Cherry Down Park for beach access. The neighborhood has lots of sidewalks and is great for dog walking. Alex is very quick with a response if you have any questions. We loved staying here and hope to visit again soon.

Wonderful

This place was immaculate, in a nice neighborhood, close to the beach (which was amazing), and was comfy and cozy. We loved having a washer & dryer in the townhouse. I do believe that some people who used it don't shake the sand out of their clothes well enough because all of the clothes we washed ended up with sand on them even though some of the loads we washed were never in the sand. Once they were dry the sand was gone. I guess it's a common problem just being so close to the beach & sand. Either way it wasn't a big issue for us. I would highly recommend this place. Super affordable and everything you want in a place to stay. Loved it.

We enjoyed our stay here. We were able to check in early with was great since we had been driving for quite some time. The little details of having some basic household necessities was very nice. We also enjoyed the games and played them regularly. The beach is a little walk but was easy with the wagon and if you choose to drive the public access is very close. Overall nice stay.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is well located in Cape Canaveral with lots to do nearby or within a short drive. The house is great. The beach is about a 5 minute walk to the ramp, so 5-10 minutes total. We were grateful the house had beach gear and a wagon. Will definitely stay again if we return to this area.

Close to the beach

Reasonably priced, nice place to stay. Our granddaughters really liked going to the beach everyday, we enjoyed relaxing on the beach. Lots of things to do. It was really close to Kennedy Space Center, which is an experience to go see. We weren't aware we had booked that the Coco Beach Air Show was on. Alex let know us about the event, never seen an air show beach before! Thanks Alex!

Good place to stay but would suggest no loud animals due to neighbors. Had 4 adults and 3 kids and we felt like we had plenty of room. Recent appliance updates was nice to see. Great stay and would use again if needed.
