Unfortunately, our arrival experience was not the best because we didn’t have the QR code to enter the property, and we spent about three hours trying to get into our unit. The jacuzzi also wasn’t working, which was disappointing. However, after that, everything was okay overall. It’s a highly secure place to stay in Punta Cana. '
