The home met basic needs, but there were several logistical issues to be aware of. The listing allows up to six adults; however, the kitchen was stocked with only five forks. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets upon arrival, and no dish or laundry detergent was provided.There is a chicken coop located outside the bedroom windows in the neighbor's yard. On our first night, the host sent a message at 11:35 pm regarding potential repair personnel needing access to the house; we were asleep when it arrived. A second message was sent via text at 6:15 am the following morning, which woke us. No prior notice of repairs was provided, and no repair ultimately took place during our stay. Receiving two messages during late-night and early-morning hours felt inconsiderate, particularly on the first night of our stay.Early check-in was offered at a rate of 35 per hour; we requested one hour early and were informed of the additional charge.
