Self Check-In & Out Details
We offer a convenient self-check-in system to ensure your arrival is as easy as possible. Here’s how it works:
Access to the Property:
There are two lock systems in place for added security:

Our cleaning fee includes standard cleaning, provided you follow these instructions.
⏰ Check-Out Time: Please check out by 11 AM.
🗑 Trash: Leave trash bags in the bin
🍽 Dishes: Wash after use. Do not put wet dishes back in cupboard.
🛁 Towels: Place use towels in the laundry basket
🔌 Turn off: Switch off the stove and lights before leaving.
📦 Put Things Back: Return furniture and items to their original places.
🔒 Lock up: Lock the doors and return the key to the keybox.

While this construction is beyond our control, we have taken steps to ensure your stay at Avyara Villa remains peaceful and enjoyable.
To accommodate this, we are offering a special discounted rate during this period. This is a great opportunity to experience our villa at an exclusive price while still enjoying its comfort and amenities.
🔇 Minimal Impact: Construction activities are limited to specific hours during the day to minimize disruption, typically occurs between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
🌴 Peaceful Ambiance: The villa's comfort layout, lush greenery, and sound-insulating design help create a tranquil environment for you to relax and unwind.
😊 Guest Satisfaction Guarantee: Our guests have praised the villa's comfort despite the surrounding activity.
🎥 CCTV for Security: A CCTV camera is strategically placed in the parking area to ensure the safety of your vehicle and belongings. There are no cameras inside the villa or private areas, ensuring your complete privacy.
🌙 Quite Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM, Especially on the balcony to respect our neighbours.
🎉 No Party : Party is not permitted in the property.
🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted indoors or on the balcony.
🐯 No Pets: Sorry, we can’t accommodate pets.
💧Hot Water: 80L capacity water heater is heated using an electric heater that is circulated to all bathrooms.
🧹Additional Services
• Cleaning Service: While daily cleaning is not provided, for bookings of 3 nights or more, a cleaning service is included. Our staff will visit twice a week to keep the villa pristine and well-maintained during your stay.
