We are always available to help our guests when there is snow or ice. We want all of our guests to be satisfied with their time at our cabins! One of the owners and his family stayed in a cottage during the snowstorm that occurred during your stay for the sole purpose of being available to help any guests who got stuck or felt uncomfortable driving to their cabin. We spent a good part of the day shoveling snow so that our guests would be able to get in and out of their cabins. Thank you for bringing the sheets and pillowcases to our attention; we will address that situation with our cleaning staff because they should not be that way. Please visit us again in the future.
