The Space:

This spacious studio offers a bright and comfortable stay for up to four guests. Large floor-to-ceiling windows fill the apartment with natural light and provide open urban views of the surrounding neighborhood.



The studio features two queen beds, making it a great option for friends, couples traveling together, or small families. The space also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, cookware, silverware, blender, coffee maker, and toaster, allowing guests to easily prepare meals during their stay.



A desk area provides a convenient workspace, while additional amenities include air conditioning, Smart TV, closet space, iron, and hair dryer.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to the studio. The building uses smart locks for both the main entrance and the apartment door, allowing convenient self check-in.

Staying here allows guests to experience a more authentic side of Cancún while still being close to the city’s main attractions. The Caribbean beaches, the ferry terminal to Isla Mujeres, and the upscale Puerto Cancún marina are all just a short drive away.



Getting Around:

Getting around Cancún from Mojarra 27 is simple and convenient. Many cafés, restaurants, and local spots can be reached on foot, making it easy to explore the neighborhood.

For longer distances, Uber and taxis are widely available throughout the area. The beaches and hotel zone are typically about a 10 to 15 minute drive away.

Street parking may be available nearby, although the building itself does not have dedicated parking.
