'Staff were very nice and helpful. We noticed that no one was picking up the trays from room service. Room was dated with lots of scratches on the furniture. Shower flooded ever time we used it. Most disappointing thing was they change their guest $25 a day to park at the hotel '

'Spacious with a very nice location and great view of the lake. It's missing key kitchen items like drinking glasses, salt and pepper, cooking oil and cleaning supplies that would have made our stay more comfortable. Could have used a few extra towels and maybe some blackout blinds for the rooms that get a lot of light due to the nice large windows that walk out to the balconies. Overall a really good stay for a large group. The host was great with check-in times and communication.'

'Customer service was amazing - Althoigh obtaining keys way a little like The Great Race they instructions were very thorough and very clear thank you for you meticulous effort and care. Perfect AC well equipped with all the necessities - highly recommend it.'

'The property was well positioned and clean however we booked for three adult and was only suitable for two people only - third "bed" was an unusable pull out coach I could not even stretch my legs on'

'Stayed in the superior king plus single bed. Really good size room, very comfy bed and large shower head with plenty of hot water with good pressure which was appreciated in Canbera winter. Only 4 TV channels working which was annoying given its an older gen TV and no option to stream. Parking was very full even through to rear patking lot (which needs better lighting and guidance as to direction to park as people were boxing each other in).
