'We had electrical issues on 3 occasions with the electrician required eventually due to losing power in the kitchen as apparently the dishwasher was faulty as well as dubious taped wires a concern. The blind curtain rail in the living room was coming away from the wall. The place needed a good wipe over on arrival with dust obvious, such as, on bedroom side tables and dinner table. 'This was our fourth time at the Pavilion on Northbourne. It’s one of our favourite hotels. The staff are friendly & helpful. The beautiful atrium filled with live plants & trees are just amazing to look at, very resort-style. The bar & restaurant are a great place to relax at the end of the day. Our apartment located in the second building was spacious, clean, and had the most comfortable bed, and fantastic shower. The ground-level free car park is a huge bonus.
