'The property was quaint with a beautiful view. The restaurant staff were very accommodating and friendly making for a wonderful experience. Designated parking for overnight guests would have been appreciated.'

'Nice and warm inn with a very good restaurant. Decoration like the good old days. Very helpfull, welcoming host. Strange situation, very crowded restaurant in the middle of nowhere. We saw more people in the restaurant than on the route, driving to resta/inn. '

'At 6:45 nobody in the restaurant or front desk. We had to make arrangements elsewhere. The shower was extremely slippery and the air conditioner extremely noisy.'

'The room was ok, but would be challenging for anyone who would struggle with stairs and not practical for older people as the bed was up a set of stairs, while the washroom was on the main floor of the room. Accessing the room was also up a flight of stairs. Checking in was an adventure as the hotel reception is only open from 4 to 6pm, we were attending a wedding at 3pm so couldn’t get there. They do have a system to access keys in a lockbox, but getting the details for this was slow and last...

'Location was good..the main building was old and unique, lots of history… very good breakfast was included as well. Our room could use some updates as it still had a tube tv. Was also surprised at check out that an option for a tip on the total cost of room was given as there was an envelope in the room for a tip. Overall it was a good stay.'
