« Nothing was cleaned properly. Silverware in drawers with food on them, the bathtub had actively pink and black mold growing in it, the halls smelled. They advertised a pool and fitness center, charged me for it, and when I got there it was exactly as described. I woke up the next morning and they had BUILT WALLS where there was prevously doorways and everything was under construction for the next 4 months. « Musty air, cobwebs bug and mosquito filled basement turned living space. Slippery bathroom with an untidy sight. Worst of, we could literally hear the noises and steps by the hostess and her family. We understand that kids are very active, however it was constant and very unnerving. »

I called to ask if I can check in one hour earlier if standard check in 4pm, promised to let me know but nothing happened; wrote a few of emails and got no responses other than machine generated messages. »

« Overall, the location of this place and the apartment itself is wonderful. The check-in process is cumbersome, as well as the process to get/use the garage access. However, I would do it all over again, the price for parking here is much cheaper than anywhere else. There is quick and easy access to DC via the subway. Definitely recommend staying here with a family versus in DC for much more cost. »
