The kitchen is well-stocked for a full vacation stay - you'll find a coffee maker, toaster, saucepan, frying pan, colander, mixing bowls, baking pans, roasting pan, and a full set of grilling utensils. Plates, mugs, glasses, and flatware are provided for each guest. A corkscrew, can opener, cutting boards, and measuring tools round out the setup so you can cook real meals without running to the store for basics. The kitchen also features a cozy electric fireplace, making it one of the most welcoming spots in the cabin.

A community washer and dryer is available in the storm shelter just underneath the martini deck, located on the right-hand side off the back porch.



Outdoor



Step outside and you're immediately in the heart of the Ozarks lake experience. Just off the Little Niangua 2 mile marker, this resort setting is quiet and secluded, with beautiful lake and water views surrounding you. A boat launch is located just past Stone Cabin 76 on-site - the ramp has a sharp turn on the way down but is manageable. Boat trailer parking is available in a small gravel area on the left as you enter the resort. If preferred, Hawks Landing is a nearby alternative for launch and pull-out (fee of $20 for launch and pull-out applies there). Your dedicated boat slip is on Dock B, Slip 2. After a great day of fishing, head to the community fish house just off the back porch - take the sidewalk past the laundry room and you'll find it right there.



Community Amenities



Emerald Waters sits within a quiet resort community that provides access to a fish house and community laundry. The serene, somewhat remote feel of Wilson Resort gives guests the privacy of a secluded retreat with the convenience of on-site boat access.



Guest Access:

Parking is easy - two assigned spaces are marked with a sign on the tree directly in front of the unit. Additional parking is available in the grass median between the two trees when entering the resort drive, and boat trailer parking is in the gravel area just off the main entrance road. Boat trailer parking is also available on-site.



Please note that GPS can be unreliable for this address. Once you pull into Wilson Resort, stay to the left and follow the gravel. Building 84 is located behind the main gravel parking area and is clearly labeled on the tree.



Guest will use the provided code for the lock box to enter the house via the sliding glass door. Your host is available to assist with questions. Self-check-in details will be provided before your arrival.

★ Not pet-friendly - no animals please

★ No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.

★ No fireworks allowed on premise

★ The home is winterized during winter months and water is shut off during that season

★ Security cameras are present on the decks, facing the parking lot and back deck area - for guest and property safety

★ GPS may not reliably navigate to this address - follow the written directions provided

★ Two PTAC heating and cooling units - one off the kitchen and one in Bedroom 3
