We stayed here because of its close proximity to Mass General/B&W Faulkner Hospital, where my husband was having major surgery. « My family had a wonderful time staying with our family dog for my son’s college graduation in Boston. Greg was a courteous and most gracious host and we thoroughly enjoyed being all together, lounging on the back porch, cooking and eating family meals, and just hanging out! There was nothing lacking and we would definitely stay again! »

The host was very friendly and welcoming and the house was updated bright and cheery and beautifully furnished. The ice maker and water dispenser on the refrigerator weren’t working but I didn’t have time to tell the owner. Everything else was amazing. Lots of parking! Great place to stay! »

« We find that renting a house is more economical and comfortable than staying at hotels, and this property did not disappoint. We can for a college graduation, and were able to have a small gathering of friends and family after the graduation. Plenty of space in the house and out in the spacious yard for people to spread out and socialize. Lovely, quiet, comfortable, close to Boston and Waltham. »

« We came to Boston for the marathon and we needed a place to stay that was priced reasonably and had enough space for our family of 6. The kitchen is a great space for a family and has new appliances and everything we needed to make meals. One word of caution, Do NOT go down the stairs in socks. The stairs are slippery and we had a family member fall. Fortunately he is young and was fine but just a word of caution for older ones. « Notre 4e fois mais première fois avec notre chien. Les chambres pour animaux sont de la même grosseur et déco que les autres, elles sont au 1er étage donc très facile pour sortir le chien. Chambre très jolie et aucune odeur. La femme à l’accueil est super souriante et tu vois qu’elle aime son travail et les gens. L’hôtel est proche des restos et à quelle minutes en voiture du Mall et 20 min de Boston. On adore cette hôtel. »
