'This property is clean and the staff is wonderful but we stayed 2 nights and the smell of pot that we had to smell was disgustingly bad. We complained to the front desk and he said we have a no smoking policy. I said go to the 3rd floor and smell what we have to deal with. You really need to get a handle of this.'

'Room was not fully clean , other guests garbage was left in the garbage bins , hairs on bedding , a lot of dust. Breakfast was horrible, 1 type of begal ( raisin) breakfast was suppose to be until 9am they ran out of a lot of items at 8am and never bothered to restock even after I asked for some items. Pool was good but pool towels were the size of a hand cloth , recommend bring your own. A lot of noise from other guests through the night , although this is completely random'

'Staff was very friendly upon arrival. Clean and comfortable. There were two things only that I have to comment: First night was very loud at the room next to us, people were yelling and making loud noise from midnight till 3:00am. Then around 6:00am we could smell what the kitchen was cooking, bacon, eggs etc! I do not know if it was because we were in the first floor and closed to the restaurant but the smell was so intense that at that woke us up ! '

'Breakfast was ok, lots of choices, cinnamon rolls hot and delicious. Room clean and nice. Beds comfortable, friendly staff. We have stayed here several times when visiting friends in Victor. Really nice. Have not used pool or hot tub . Nice and quiet, we slept well even though the hotel was packed with people.'

'I showed up after reserving and no one was there to take me in for a room so I had to go to another hotel. I want my money back.'

'Sack of garbage by the room door. Couch was stained. Parking lot filled with potholes. We cancelled our stay and went elsewhere.'
