awesome condo overlooking 9th hole Magnolia golf course

This fully furnished 3rd floor condo is located in a serene setting overlooking the 9th hole of the Magnolia Brunswick Plantation course. A few extra steps, but very quiet with no noise from above. This unit boasts hardwood floors , new carpet in the bedrooms in 2021, well furnished with all the amenities for golfers and family. Flat screen TV's in bedrooms and a whopping 50 inch in living room. Well furnished for a restful retreat from the beach. Beautiful Sunset Beach is a short 10 minute drive and seafood restaurants abound in the village of Calabash, famous for their fresh seafood right off the fishing boats in Calabash. Brunswick plantation hosts 27 holes of golf, pro shop, putting green and driving range as well as restaurant and pub on site.
* As of April 2025 there is no longer a pool and workout room associated with this property.

Love Brunswick Plantation!

Anytime we come to Sunset Beach, we try to stay in Brunswick Plantation. The property is always quiet and well kept. The condo was spacious and comfy. We had everything we needed to stay and cook in. The porch is always nice to relax on. Check in is a breeze and Mr Blumberg reached out to make sure all was good :) There is plenty to do around town and the beach is just a short drive away.

polite host, good time, property in need of love

We had an absolutely wonderful time, but worried about condition of condo at first that we would be thought responsible for a few minor things. When the nature of problems became evidenced (by amount of duct tape in several places, bucket catching leak, etc.) we realized that they must be known issues and we ceased to worry. None of the issues prevented us from enjoying our stay. We still felt it was a great value and a safe place to be. With the exception of towels which was manageable we had everything we needed for a super vacation. We really enjoyed our stay.This property needs attention to:roaches, plumbing issues, dryer lint trap, sliding door latch, AC condensation leak, broken bathroom towel bars and tub hand hold, loose kitchen tiles, some inoperable outlets, dishwasher sprayer and soap dispenser stick sometimes, shade pulls attached with duct tapeReservation was for six adults; four towels and four washcloths were provided and two dish towels.

Great Place To Stay

The location was awesome on the golf course! It is situated by the ninth hole at Brunswick Plantation. Condo was very clean. Access to all restaurants, golf courses and grocery store in the Calabasha area. Great stay!

For a second consecutive year, we spent our summer vacation in this condo. Very nice place. Well located. Close to our favorite beach and 45 minutes from Myrtle Beach activities. We will be back next year.

Condo in need of some love and care

The owner knew that we were coming to spend our honeymoon. As you walked up to the door there was bird poop all over. Jacuzzi tub had brown stuff and lots of hair in the bottom. Bathroom ventilation fans were in great need of dusting and or vacuuming. No working lights in the second bedroom. Dining room chandelier had only two working lightbulbs. Fridge had none. Sliding door curtain had nothing to open or close it with. The list goes on. Owner thought we should have called him and he would have sent his cleaners back. REALLY? We were on our honeymoon and the last thing we wanted was strangers coming in to do what should have been done before we got there. Never offered any kind of a refund even though we sent him pictures. Would definitely not recommend staying there as the owner doesn't seem to check on his property. Sad

Nice condo

My wife and I spent a month at this condo. John the property manager was easy to deal with, always answered any questions or concern I had right away. The only issue I had with the unit was the stairs do to my bad knees. I would recommend this place for golfers or beach goers. Thanks John

The property looks just like the pictures: clean, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay! Great place at a good price

This was the first time we stay at Brunswick Plantation and it was perfect! For 10 years, we was at Little River and now, we will be at Brunswick Plantation for the next years !! Good place near the beach we loved. For those who wish to visit Myrtle Beach often, it may be a little bit far, but us, it was just fine. Thans to the ownet. See you next year !

Myrtle Beach Area - Summer 2022

Spacious, clean, well kept unit. Excellent overall value for the location. Easy access to Calabash restaurants and local beaches and a short ride down to the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach proper. Lost of local golf available, our longest morning drive was only 20 minutes. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, highly recommend.
