'Great vacation'

'We really enjoyed our stay at Royal West Indies Resort! The resort was very clean and well maintained, and the location and beach access were fantastic. The beach is absolutely beautiful, and we also enjoyed the food at the restaurant. There were just a couple of things that could be improved. There is only one location to pick up beach/pool towels, and it is located near the beach rather than the pools, which was a little inconvenient. They also seemed to run out of clean towels fairly...

'The property was under renovation so the spa wasn’t available and there was construction ongoing. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and pool/beach were friendly and helpful. Hemingway restaurant is a great spot for all meals. The bikes were a bit disappointing; older and not in great shape but we took them to town as they were rideable. Overall we had a great time.'

'Every single employee at the resort went above and beyond to make every guest feel important, welcomed, and appreciated. By the end of our stay, restaurant staff knew our orders and likes.'

'Amazing time! Loved every moment.'

'Tne environment was extremely quiet, except for a few barking dogs, who were silent at night. The drawback of this tranquility is of course that there is nothing in the neighbourhood. The nearest supermarket (KG Foods) is more than 15 minures walking and so is the nearest (indian) restaurant Communication with the place was somewhat difficult; I expected a self-check-in, which I hate, but fortunately there was a friendly lady to see me. Closing and opening of the door was with a code, what I...

'Great stay at the Retreat. It embraces the name! The concierge was very friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for water excursions and local restaurants. Our room was very spacious and everything in it felt brand new. I especially liked that the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the memory foam mattress was very comfortable. The room was spotless. Housekeeping came twice a day, including an evening turndown to get the room ready for sleeping. I used the pool, hot tub, and...

'I love the fact that the studio apartment is at the back and it's very spacious and clean. The decor is also nice. I felt completely at home away from home. Make sure to take all toiletries, snacks, drinks, etc. it's not included, because it's not a hotel. It's the guest responsibility. I'll be back and I'll be recommending to my friends and family. Florence has great communication skills and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied. She's a great host. Highly recommended.'
