'Great location and lovely staff, but the property itself feels quite dated. Be aware that some rooms, like ours, require navigating stairs and two elevators, which may be inconvenient for some guests. The gardens are lovely and a real highlight, but the ground-floor interior, particularly the bar, feels dated and rather depressing. Overall, if I were back in Gubbio, I would choose to stay somewhere else.'

'Séjour agréable , moi qui suis originaire de Pergola j’ai apprécié mon séjour surtout dans un village qui est entrain de décliner . Courageux ce couple qui a restauré ce vieux moulin . Seul petit problème au début , difficilement visible de la route même pour qui connait et le navigateur n’ai d’aucune aide .'

'I really enjoyed my 9-day stay at this B&B. Having a small hidden kitchen with a stove and refrigerator was a big plus for me, and I also loved the coffee machine. The only downside is that getting to the B&B requires quite a bit of climbing. It’s a great workout, but if you’re traveling with large suitcases, having a car is definitely recommended.
