  • RECEPTIVE STRUCTURE - A large swimming pool, garden furniture designed specifically for the farmhouse, a special BBQ and a super-equipped professional kitchen. This is what distinguishes Villa Checello, surrounded by centuries-old oak trees, fields and gentle hills but just a few minutes from the town of Cagli.



    On the ground floor, the kitchen is spacious, bright and well-equipped; here you will find a dining room, a large living room with a fireplace, an autonomous area with a study, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are a living room with a fireplace, a double bedroom with an internal bathroom with shower, another 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and 2 with showers.

    The swimming pool is spacious, with a solarium area equipped with sunbeds, where you can sunbathe, have fun and enjoy the splendid panorama in total privacy.

    A few minutes away you will find Cagli, one of the most beautiful villages in this area, with shops, supermarkets and excellent restaurants.



    From here you can discover the surroundings by walking or cycling along paths and routes, or if you prefer, waiting for you is the historic centre of Cagli, rich in history and palaces to visit, the particular defensive tower, the spectacular Cathedral and still the wonders of the Furlo Gorge, the Monastery of Fonte Avellana, the Castle of Frontone and above all the unmissable bathing rivers.

We loved Checello!

The location is sublime! Beautiful views everywhere. A lot of space around the house, which is great fun with a big gang. Many shady spots and a blissful covered garden table. The house itself is very spacious, very well equipped for so many people. Very well maintained. No air conditioning needed, it stays nice and fresh. As usual, this house is secluded with a spicy sturdy (and dusty) climb up, but that's all worth it. Paolo and Maddalena are nice owners.

Perfect place for perfect holidays

After three years, we finally came back to Checello. We were impressed by all the improvements in and outside the house! The owners have done a fantastic job - this is one of the most beautiful houses we have ever been. 5 star rating goes without saying, everything is perfect. Our kids spent most of time in the pool, we had the choice between lots of different places to chill. And the Marcheholiday team support was outstanding as well. For us as frequent travellers, this is really a premium service. Thank you all so much

Marche dream house

Checello is a lovely hill top house in Le Marche, nearest to the beautiful village Cagli. There is a spacious garden with abundant space for kids to play, and a fresh swimmingpool. The views of the countryside are magnificent. Interior of the house is in Italian country style, very appropriate. The kitchen appliances and utensils do need some attention, especially if you like to cook yourself. What remains to be said about Le Marche region? The countryside is probably more beautiful than nearby Tuscany, and still the crowds seem to prefer the westside of the Appenines...Let's keep it that way. Lots of interesting places to visit, allthough some need a bit of a drive.

An amazing country retreat

What an amazing location. The house is a spacious and very comfortable home that accommodated our extended family of ten perfectly. The grounds and pool are absolutely beautiful with views over the rolling hills with fields of sunflowers. There was so much space and varioys seating areas that accommodated for social times and also quiet times. The pool was a huge hit with everyone. The hosts were very attentive and were always available if we were in need of anything. Despite being in the country we were only a ten minute drive from Cagli, a quaint old town that has a couple of large supermarkets, restaurants and a selection of small shops wich were ideal for our needs. Othe places accessible for day visits included Assisi and San Marino along with many other smaller towns.I can highly recommend Marcheholiday Checello for a spectacular holiday in Le Marche. We will definitely be back.

Lovely house in spectacular hill top location. Owners couldn’t be kinder or more helpful - we feel we have become friends. Inside the house is beautifully furnished with comfortable sofas and interesting antiques. The pool is great.

Ritorno in questa bellissima DIMORA!

Dopo 16 anni siamo ritornati in questa bellissimo dimora, il panorama è stupendo e unico difficile da descrivere, la casa ristrutturata in maniera splendida ha mantenuto tutto il fascino di un tempo. Un piacere utilizzare la cucina professionale, non ultima la piscina ottimamente posizionata con una vista unica sulla vallata. Un ringraziamento particolare al proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile a qualsiasi esigenza senza essere invadente,. Una conferma, la professionalità dello staff di Marcheholiday, dopo tanti anni, riesce ancora a stupirci per educazione, gentilezza e disponibilità .

Wunderschöne Tage in Checello

Wir (3 Ehepaare mit 3 Kindern und 1 Hund) verbrachten eine phantastische Woche in Checello. Das wunderschöne, liebevoll restaurierte und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus erfüllte alle unsere Wünsche und sorgte für eine entspannte Woche. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die unbeschreibliche Lage, der riesige Garten mit dem herrlichen Pool, die groÃzügige Raumaufteilung im Innern des Hauses und eine perfekt eingerichtete Küche. Der nette Paolo kümmerte sich intensiv um Pool und AuÃenanlage und hatte ebenso wie die anderen Ansprechpartner immer ein offenes Ohr für etwaige Anliegen und Fragen. Wir können für alle Liebhaber der Hügellandschaft der Marken und dem dortigen traditionellen Wohnstil das Anwesen nur wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns sehr auf das nächste Mal.
