Casa Zayeluna is a beautiful modern house located at the Luxurious community of Pedregal. Sited right in front of the Pedregal tennis courts, it has a unique view of both the Marina and Pacific side! This incredible house features many luxury amenities, such as an infinity pool and jacuzzi, fire pit, nice private garden, gym and a double desk study for those wishing to work remote.
The beach in Pedregal is private, beautiful and great to walk and hang out. There is no swimming because the tide and waves are very, very strong, it is a 10 min walk from house. Medano beach is swimmable and it is a 5-7min drive and is packed with restaurants and bars. Bunch of people there, but it’s a fun time and can swim in ocean if want.
There are beach coolers, umbrellas, and a wagon in the front closet for guest use. Also, foldable white wooden chairs can be found on the man rooftop patio, for beach chair use.
There are swimming boards, a couple of life jackets, and some beach toys, as well. Please ensure that they are all returned to the property are use.
CHECK IN
In person check-in is offered complimentary. Let us know in advance, minimum 24 hours before, if self check-in is preferred or if you will be arriving at anytime other than 3pm.
SPECIAL EVENTS
- Casa Zeyaluna can accommodate wedding parties/special events from overnight 16-20 guests daytime up to 75 guests.

Sandy and Daniella can help you plan your trip for anything you will need in Cabo from transportation, excursions (fishing, boat tour, party cruise, ATV, helicopter tours, etc), chef/catering/bartender and event decorator services, massage, hair, make-up and beauty services, restaurant and nightclub reservations, photography services, child items and babysitting. Our team have done it for 20+ years here in Cabo. You will be in wonderful hands, fully taken care of.

NOTE: Please do not have any packages mailed to the home. We cannot be held responsible for any packages that arrive to the home. Shipping to Cabo is challenging unless vis Cabo Mailboxes or another reputable shipping company, usually there is a good chance you will not receive it border to border.
POOL|SPA:
Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)
Spa only: $35/daily to 104 degrees. (On demand only and must be turned off after use). If you need the pool heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
**In the summer, the pool heating is not needed except for the winter months upon request.
Please note that this property gets weekly pool service. .
GAMES/ENTERTAINMENT:
This Villa also features ping pong, corn hike, ladder toss, giant jenga, shuffle board, billiards , poker cloth cover/table, ample board games , Bluetooth operated surround system, karaoke microphone, pool floaties, balls and much more.
BEDROOMS/BATHS:
The 6 bedrooms are ready with linens and plush bedding for a comfortable stay. Each of the 5.5 bathrooms are fully stocked with towels and toiletries. Check out the TVs located throughout house and in each bedroom and know that you and your friends/ family will be able to relax and enjoy their time here. You’ll also stay connected with highest speed, unlimited Wi-Fi included.
This home features comfortable bedrooms all with their own unique charms. Everyone will find a space they love without having to fight for rooms. The bedroom configurations are as follows:

CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:
Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour notice in advance at minimum prior to your check in date. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance, and to please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items that would be payable directly to the vendor.

PARKING:
We have 2 parking spots in the driveway and 2 on the street and we have a 2 car garage (garage parking is not available until December).
PETS:
We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $300 pet deposit, per pet, is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind, $225 refunded at time of check out and $75 goes towards each Pete’s pet`s stay.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.
