Beautiful Home for a Bachelorette Group

I stayed here with 8 of my bridesmaids for my bachelorette party in Cabo! The home was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed for the weekend to ensure we had an excellent time. We booked all transportation through the associated transportation company and it was smooth and seamless. The property manager ensured we were comfortable and taken care of throughout our trip, even provided a cleaning service in the middle of our stay. Nothing beats the view provided by Villa del Norte!

Amazing property and great view!

I would recommend this property to anyone that wants the best amenities with a great view! I also recommend getting the chef to prepare meals. The service was excellent and the guys were awesome!

Beautiful Views and Property!

Loved our stay in Pedregal! The photos do not do the views justice. It was the perfect set up for our group of 9 and the house manager was great with helping us set up different activities before the trip and was very communicative. Would absolutely recommend!

Great Place!

This place was so amazing! All of the girls kept commenting on how great the place was. We used the grocery stock up option and all food/drinks requested were at the place when we got there. Daniela was so communicative and amazing to work with. We will definitely be coming back.

Perfect for my Bachelorette party!

Can’t say enough good things about our time here!! Me and 8 of my friends stayed here. The house was amazing!!! And Daniela connected not only with me but with my friends to help set up some of the bachelorette shenanigans! If you’re looking for a place to stay, just book this one! You will not be dissapointed. We also booked our boat and driver through Daniela as well - more wonderful experiences! Thank you so much for one of the best weekends ever!!!

the house is great!

House and location are amazing. The grocery service wasn't great - we gave them brands of specific things we wanted and they bought some items that were more than double the price... so we had to deal with returning some of it as the bill was absurdly high.... other than that the place and hosts were great! *also no honesty bar as the listing states

Best Home Ever!!

We stayed here for my bachelorette party with 10 girls and it was beyond perfect. Everyone was so shocked at how it was even more beautiful in person. We had one issue with a toilet that was more than promptly resolved thanks to their quick communication. The chef, the grocery delivery, everything was absolutely perfect. Would definitely stay again!!

Great Cabo Getaway

Overall incredible stay! The house was nice with plenty of space; we spent most of our time enjoying the view to the ocean from the hot tub and pool, and the beds were all comfortable. There were just a few issues with tech and the sound system, lightbulbs out, fridge leaking, etc. We took advantage of the grocery pre-stocking service, and the security guards of the community were able to call a taxi for our group whenever we went out, which made our visit convenient and low-stress!

Beautiful Location and View with just minor issues

My friends and I loved the location of this property and the sliding doors that open from the living room to the pool are amazing. I probably wouldn't stay here again, but overall the property was nice. Here are some pros and cons: PROS: - Great location and the Pedregal community is gorgeous - felt very safe there. - Fully opened slider doors to the outside was amazing - The host was great leading up to our arrival and arranged for our requested groceries to be delivered (although do keep in mind that some things can be misinterpreted... we asked for breakfast sausages and they gave us a huge bag of hot dogs, half and half was the vanilla coffee mate, asked for bottled water so we could take with us but only was given big jugs with a dispenser, etc.) - Host also gave us a contact for a mobile masseuse and that was a lovely experience. Highly recommend! - Pool table was great (not standard size but still fun) - Pool and hot tub were heated which was awesome CONS: - Two of the bedrooms require you to walk outside and go down a long ramp in order to get to the bedrooms. I felt terrible for those who stayed down there as they said it was like "being in the dungeon and having to walk a ton to be upstairs with the group" - By day 2, the fridge was leaking water all over the place and our food did not stay cold. We told the housekeeper but it didn't get fixed (I should have messaged the host but just figured housekeeping was going to inform her). Thankfully, the garage had a fride and we just kept our items in there. - One of the main reasons I picked this house was for the cool copper bathtub...and it was not even functional (no water spout and you would have to drag it over to the shower if you wanted to fill it up). - Dartboard on the wall had no dartboard inside - Couldn't lock the sliding doors on the lower level - No cutting boards - Water in the showers rarely got warm - Surround sound speakers kept cutting in and out (not a connection issue but more like scratchy sounds and poor quality). Once it warmed up it seemed to do okay but was kind of a bummer. - Air conditioning unit in the lower level was leaking all over one of the twin beds (also told the housekeeper) but the bedding was drenched and one of the girls slept on the couch most of the time. - The pool was nice but no shallow end, which was hard because we wanted to play games in the pool Overall was a nice stay but considering the cost, there were some bumps in the road.

A Great Stay in Cabo!

First and foremost, the views!! The views from this house are absolutely gorgeous! We were even able to see whales from our patio! Besides the great views - from the moment of booking until the moment we left, our host and their team made sure we had everything we need, even last minute grocery requests. Isaac was extremely helpful in helping us find a driver and even being so kind to call the restaurant we were going to and fixing our reservation. They went above and beyond and it did not go unnoticed. The house itself is gorgeous! All ten of us had our own space and slept comfortably. Just be aware that the third lower level requires a walk outside of the house via a ramp. The house got kind of warm at times but quickly cooled down once we closed the sliding doors. I would advise not to keep the AC units on 24/7 - they start to drip and made some weird noises at night. It was a bit difficult getting Ubers into El Pedregal but once we had our driver everything was a breeze. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will be back! Thank you!

Amazing House and Hospitality

We had an amazing time here for my bachelorette party. Daniela helped me plan everything prior to our arrival. Everyone she recommended between the chef, car service, and yacht rental were so amazing. She also made herself available the entire time we were there in case of an emergency. The house is also close enough to the harbor that you can walk (although I would not recommend walking back up). I cannot recommend this beautiful home enough.

Perfect Bachelorette Getaway

All eleven of us had the most amazing time at Villa del Norte. We arrived early and was fully accommodated. Everything Regina & the staff recommended was amazing - from the private chef cooking brunch, to the wonderful transportation by Eddie & Mellie, to restaurants for dinner. Hospitality couldn’t have been better, with the home being immaculate. Can’t wait to come back!

Incredible Weekend Getaway

We had a fantastic long weekend at Villa Del Norte. The home is gorgeous and Regina was incredibly helpful in coordinating activities, getting the house ready for us, and was super responsive during our stay when we had questions. The pool was wonderful and we loved the gorgeous views. Thank you for a perfect getaway space!!!

The Perfect estate for our Intimate Wedding - Dont Walk! Run to Book this Amazing Home

Words truly fall short in summarizing how great our experience was from start to finish. This property, not only, met every lofty expectation i set but it exceeded it. Furthermore, the experience was made even better by an amazing management team. Brace yourself for a quick overview. I promise to try to keep this short . Villa Del Norte was the best thing that was never supposed to happen. Initially my wedding was planned for an amazing local resort and a team of event planners. Unfortunately due to less than stellar communication the decision was made to start anew and plan the event from start to finish. Sure it meant a lot of work on our end but since we are well traveled, host large scale events internationally and consider ourselves pros in bringing a vision to life we dove in. 80 days out is no problem...right? In doing so there were some musts for the venue/property - luxe modern design aesthetic - gorgeous grounds - away from the madness - a gorgeous view and - could accommodate 20 of us - aligned with the conceptual for our day From start to finish this was absolutely amazing. I could not thank the owner and management team for top-notch communication, a willingness to open their great villa to us and for truly leaving no stone unturned. All of our vendors had no problem executing and you truly went above and beyond in helping make sure everything was great. Looking for a getaway? This place has it all! Stunning rooms, massive wardrobes, a view that could rival being in Tuscany, a fantastic surround sound system, and so much more. Plus it's in pedregal! You won't be disappointed

Great house and amazing house manager!

We had a great time at the house! It was plenty big and had everything we needed . Regina, the house manager, was very accommodating and even went above and beyond! I highly recommend the property and would love to stay there in the future!!

Fantastic Living Kicthen area and view

The property is quite impressive walking through the front door. The sliding doors are incredible and open up to extend living area to the outside. Huge open kitchen living room area with plenty of space for the 10 of us.The 3 master suite were great with super large bathrooms. The 2 bedrooms on the bottom floor had a shared bathroom so may be a little tight if they are used by adults. Close to town and we had rented a suburban so getting around was easy. about a 15 min walk to Pedregal beach and 20 back up steep hills, but managable if you are in reasonable shape
