We called them to tell them what our time of arrival was and they didnt recognize our reservation, later through texts they told us there was water damagein the room that we booked. Expedia did help us where they could and were very friendly and eager to solve it.'

'Prima hotel in een leuke buurt. Vlakbij het metrostation en op loopafstand van de Eiffeltoren. Ook in de buurt voldoende restaurants om lekker te eten of om gewoon wat te drinken. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en servicegericht . De kamers zijn misschien wat klein, zoals in bijna alle Franse hotels, maar van alle gemakken voorzien en heel leuk ingericht. '

'Room was very tiny and basic, but clean and with comfortable bed. Okay if you plan to be out all day and don't need much comfort. Friendly staff. Location is excellent, nice restaurants and cafe's nearby, metro station very close. On a main street but not too busy at night, did not experience any noise.'

'This is a charming little hotel in an almost hidden street but walkable to many shops and restaurants. The room was very comfortable, and the service was over the top as far as helpfulness and courtesy. I would definitely stay here again.'
