« This was one of the best places I have stayed in a long time. The look of the Ribchester Arms, when we arrived, was impressive. We had a very large room and bathroom, both very modern with a 'fridge and juices, milk, drinks and biscuits. The staff were very helpful and looked after us. Breakfast was freshly cooked and pretty good. We ate there a couple of nights and the food was wonderful. A recommended place to stay . »

« Absolutely charming! The owner and staff outdid themselves with welcoming us later in the evening and making sure to seat us in the quite lovely dining room for a hot meal before retiring to our spacious guest room upstairs. The room was today and had lots of thoughtful amenities: tea, coffee, a variety of snacks, lots of toiletries. Breakfast was very good and served with warmth and hospitality. Definitely a wonderful place to stay. »

"L'énorme problème, c'est le check in, soit disant automatisé pour gagner du temps. Un véritable désastre!!! j'avais déjà essayé moi même au moins 20 fois, impossible! J'ai donc passer plus d'une demi heure a essayer de trouver une solution avec une employé qui ne voulait pas démordre de son enregistrement automatique. Je ne vous parle pas de l'heure d'attente pour les clients derrière nous... Un miracle est arrivé, et on a eu enfin nos clés. Chambres presque correctes, mais on sent le Novotel en fin de vie. Moquette très sale et des taches partout. Le réfrigérateur de fonctionne pas et n'essayez pas de l'ouvrir, odeur infecte. Donc, comme on ne passait qu'une nuit on a pas voulu détaillé le reste. En tous cas j'aurais dû refuser cet hotel quand il est passé de Novotel a A&O"
