Private home located in the gated & exclusive, upscale and private Mountain Air community. You are 12 minutes to Burnsville, and 50 minutes to Asheville. You are also app. 1 hour from the Asheville Regional Airport. Home is accessed via only paved and fully maintained roads. Mountain Air private roads are plowed and salted for any snow events or ice.
PLEASE NOTE that the cottage is located in a very private, quiet and exclusive neighborhood. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and their neighborhood.

The home affords year round access, and is great for groups of any and all ages. The home is situated just outside of Burnsville, NC, affording privacy for everyone to relax & enjoy the feel of the WNC mountains.

Get ready to be “wowed” by the never-ending views from this contemporary mountain style retreat villa. With soaring vistas, high ceilings, vaulted rooms, and cozy spaces, you will immediately feel at home at Fairway Mountain Villa. (That is of course if you can tear yourself away from the wrap-a-round decks & soaking in the spectacle of the Blue Ridge Mountains, & actually venture inside!) The Villa affords a nice great room, a lower level Great Room, with plenty of space to unwind and gather with your group. But, if you need some “alone time”, there is plenty of space inside and out to find your own serenity. There are 3 outside porches, decks, and patios for ultimate outdoor relaxation; including the hot tub.

While at the Villa, everyone enjoys all that the home has to offer; from the garage Game Room, multiple Great Room fireplaces, and of course the spectacular decks, where you can pull up a chair and take in the "sound of silence", observe the night as it fills with stars, and watch the fireflies come out to play in your backyard. Take a seat and enjoy the sound of nature and the serenity in your own private paradise at the top of the world.

Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.

Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays.

Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest's name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
